You might have seen Lou & Grey tucked in the corners of Ann Taylor stores and included in their monthly sales but make no mistake — this line is making a name for itself that could soon be as big as its business-casual mother store (Is that an actual phrase? Let’s just roll with it…)
Lou & Grey is like the more casual/contemporary younger sister of Ann Taylor and LOFT. It’s where I go to stock up on cozy basics, weekend wear and their “Makers” section is the main reason I have hoarding issues. Comprised of delicate jewelry pieces and handcrafted from independent artisans, these pieces are awesome on their own and even better when layered. They’re also affordable. Hard sell.
Since finding Lou & Grey, I’ve spent a small fortune on pieces I can wear on the weekend or transition into work wear if need be. While quality, price, and having one of everything in black is obviously super important, I also really enjoy investing in pieces that can be worn in a bunch of different settings. I’ve had these jeans for maybe two months now and I’ve worn them twice a week. At least. Forget this powerball bullshit — you’re hitting the jackpot with this brand, ladies.
