Jacket: Lulu’s c/o [similar] [love this green one under $40] | Top: Violet Boutique [similar] | Bottoms: Legwear Loft c/o [love these & under $40!] | Boots: French Connection via Bishop Boutique c/o [similar] [love these booties] | Bag: H&M [ultimate favorite] | Necklace: Maya Brenner | Nails: Revlon Vixen

Yeah, we’re gonna talk about this jacket. At this point, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to do this bad boy justice with any combination of words. I’ve been looking for the perfect autumn weather jacket that incorporates just the right amount of faux leather without being too over aggressively ‘motorcycle gang’ & has just a hint of casual. NOT TO MENTION it’s Redskins burgundy. I just…have no words to describe the happiness that encompasses me when trying to pair every outfit of the week to wear with this jacket.

I have a circa 1985 Redskins starter jacket but nothing says, “I’m down to tailgate with Peach Pit” more than that jacket. Then I have my home & away jerseys which aren’t generally appropriate in most settings other than anything that happens on a Sunday. This jacket combines two of the four things I love most in this world [post on Wendell & mac & cheese to come later] & does a chic job at doing so. I’m in faux leather, Redskins loving heaven.

Editor’s note: I’d like to ensure that I point out that these are, in fact, leggings. Please note that I am wearing a top that covers my bum since leggings ARE NOT pants. That is all.

This is awesome! I can’t believe you all styled the same jacket so differently. And, I’ll throw a pity party for our teams since we’re both 0-3. Woof. That hurts.

I’m not ashamed to say I actually cried on Sunday. It breaks my burgundy & gold heart.

This look made me smile. At first look my thought was, she’s so channelling ‘Sandy’ from Grease. (Editor’s note: that is a compliment). Its got all the good things going on! Sorry about the Redskins. xo
