I like to plan my outfits in advance when I’m traveling for work so it cuts down on the bs in my suitcase & so I’m not left staring at 14 options when I wake up & all I can think about is what kind of continental breakfast situation is going on in the lobby.

These are the types of days where it’s especially important for me to take my desk attire to drinks with the fewest tweaks possible. In this case, I switched out a pair of wide leg suit trousers for a fabby pair of black skinnies I recently found at Kohl’s. I could have opted to keep the wide leg pantaloons & trade out my top for a sweater or flowy white blouse but this blazer is just too good to part with. Fun fact: I may or may not have worn it three times since last week.
