A ’10 Things’ on a Tuesday? Crazy, but for good reason: Tomorrow I leave for Fashion Week and I’ve had zero time to prep other content. Fun fact: I have yet to pack. Fashion Week “officially” begins on Thursday which means recaps start on Friday. Need your memory jogged? Care to relive the moment my computer and DSLR crashed after Day 2 in September? Want to know how to get into runway shows? Check past recaps here.
For the love of all that is good and fashionable, make sure you’re following me on Instagram. I’m talking peeks backstage, access to the shows, and giveaways. Follow along here.
This year, I decided to pack more than 4 hours before my bus was set to depart because stress leads to wrinkles and wrinkles aren’t cute. And neither is sweating profusely as you run to catch your bus. But life happens, and I still haven’t packed. Oops. At least I have these to help hydrate and prevent face aging. The worst.

Fashion Week or not, this external charger line should be your new best friend. For always.
‘Tis the season to live off of coffee and champagne. May the odds be ever in my favor.
This year I’ve opted for warmth and comfort because while I’ll sacrifice a lot of things for fashion, my health is not one of them… anymore. It helps that this TopShop x Nordstrom is adorbs.
I made the decision to stay right across the street from the tents this season which means less time spent commuting, less money spent on cabs, and hopefully, less stress in general. With this February being the last season MBFW is held at Lincoln Center it seemed like to savvy thing to do.
Day 3 rolls around and all you can think about are FLATS FLATS FLATS FLATS. These are the comfiest foldables I’ve been able to find and they’ll live in my bag for the week.
My NYFW PIC and I have promised to relive our favoriteFashion Week moment during one night we’re in town: cheesesteaks in bed. Because, why the sh*t not. Images to follow…
